moment to moment


Today, I am grateful for the tools that help me stay present moment to moment.

I am learning how to let go of any attachment to the details of long term plans, to simply set an intention for how I want to feel and trust the universe will take care of the rest. 

I accomplished taking the Poebear to the vet, getting to the gym, and prepping for a meeting I'm facilitating on Monday. 

I delighted in moving my body, in a great workout playlist, in singing along to Wicked, and in being moved to tears by movie magic and a truly remarkable lead performance.
