let music lift your mood


Today, I am grateful to know when a change in hormones is responsible for my heightened sensitivity, irregular moods, and lethargy. 

I am learning when I trust my intuition, everything just works itself out. 

I accomplished consciously using music and dancing to lift my mood. 

I delighted in “see you soon” hugs, in crawling back into bed for an early morning nap, and in yummy homemade mac 'n cheese for dinner.
