"Don’t fear change, embrace it and grow."

Today, I am grateful for faith that the universe has my back. 

I am learning how to embrace change and the power of positive transformation it brings. 

I accomplished feeling proud when I crushed a work assignment. 

I delighted in a spectacular sunrise, in witnessing a falcon flying over an open field, in watching a rainbow form, and in belly laughing with my PT.
