“kids don’t remember what you teach them. They remember what you are.”

Today, I am grateful for opportunities to be of service. 

I am learning I move with ease when I let go and allow my intuition to take the lead. 

I accomplished getting the Poebear out for a walk, making it to my mat, and honoring a commitment. 

I delighted in a peaceful yoga practice, in being a part of helping kids thrive, and in teaching one kid and witnessing them eager to share their newly gained knowledge with others.
