“don’t let your misfortunes compromise your compassion”


Today, I am grateful for body awareness and to no longer fear asking for help. 

I am continually learning how to practice the pause. 

I accomplished pushing through the boredom and successfully completed the first draft of an uninspiring work assignment. 

I delighted in a long rain free walk, in an awesomely empowering dance class, in not dissociating when I injured my knee stretching, and in feeling taken care of by my person.
