Today, I am grateful for friends that check on me. 

I am learning how to release a little more control every day. 

I accomplished sleeping in and napping throughout the day. 

I delighted in a crystal clear view of the mountains, in yummy chocolate covered pretzels, and in snuggles with the Poebear.
