"When you are ready, the changes will come easily."

Today, I am grateful for the courage to ask the hard questions and the grace to accept whatever the answers may be. 

I am learning growth and progress cannot be forced, time takes time. 

I accomplished taking conscious breaks throughout the day to check-in with myself. 

I delighted in reading before the sun came up, in a beautiful walk with the Poebear, in the relief that comes after releasing unexpressed tears, and in yummy vegan coffee cake a la mode.
