Rise up, show up, and just say yes

Today, I am grateful for the freedom and courage to say yes. 

I am learning to check in with myself before accepting a request for outreach from a fellow traveler. 

I accomplished making it to my mat. 

I delighted in finishing work for the week, in two falcons jointing me on my drive, in seeing people dressed in costumes, in hugging a puppy, in the cutest little wizard trick or treating our table and grabbing extra treats, and in connecting with people I love.
