“Everybody can be great because everybody can serve.”

Today, I am grateful for unexpected opportunities to be of service. 

I am learning to pause when I feel disconnected from my body, to breathe, and to ground into the now. 

I accomplished making it to my mat, doing all the laundry, and cleaning the car.

I delighted in a surprise credit at the laundromat, in a challenging meditation class, and in knowing fresh sheets are waiting for me.
