“just to be alive is a grand thing.”
Today, I am grateful to know I have people I can call on when I need help and to know they will be there for me.
I am learning to greet everything, including myself, with compassion.
I accomplished laughing, crying, and finding gratitude through the miserable moments.
I delighted in a relatively easy trip to urgent care, in getting medicine for my eyes, in treating myself to fancy coffee on the way home, and in venting to my friends.
