Today, I am grateful for a kind and compassionate judge that celebrated my honesty and vulnerability during jury selection. 

I am learning I never have to justify my intuition. 

I accomplished fulfilling my civic duty. 

I delighted in finding a blue heron feather, in cutting bunches of fresh lavender, in witnessing two herons take flight, in a crow joining me for lunch in the park, and in coming home to my sweet Poebear.
