navigate past emotional abandonment


Today, I am grateful for my connection with my higher power, love in my life, food in my belly, clothes on my back, and a roof over my head. 

I am learning how to navigate past emotional abandonment by practicing vulnerability. 

I accomplished rolling with the somewhat turbulent energies of this full moon.

I delighted in a lovely walk with the Poebear, in cleaning my house, in a refreshing shower, and in a recovery meeting.
