“I accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be.”


Today, I am grateful for therapy. 

I am learning to accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be. 

I accomplished finding a sweet balance between gentleness, self-care, and "doing the work." 

I delighted in a wild lightning storm, in watching blue herons soar across the early morning sky, in weeding my whimsical garden, in feeling in tune with my body throughout my yoga practice, and in spending the evening listening to great music with people I love.
