expect the unexpected

Today, I am grateful for the wonderful kennel that takes excellent care of my Poebear while I’m away. And for the awesome friends on emergency standby that make it possible for me to unplug completely. 

I am learning no matter how sure I am of a plan, the universe can and almost always will surprise me. 

I accomplished listening to my intuition and turning around to check road conditions before proceeding further on my drive. 

I delighted in taking in all the sights on a drive I’ve never done before, in a spectacular view of Mt. Hood, in seeing two doves fly together, in knowing I still get to see my person tomorrow despite a wild turn in weather events, and in crawling into bed after a long day.
