grieve, whatever it looks like, let that shit go
Today, I am grateful to know I am not alone.
I am learning to hold space for myself and the people I love as we process the loss of a loved one.
I accomplished saying “farewell for now,” to a sweet being that made their transition to the afterlife today.
I delighted in a good cry on a rainy walk with the Poebear, in a sweet yellow finch joining me as my tears stopped, in a beautiful drive through a new to me part of Oregon, and in walking into a magnificent vacation home and down to the ocean with two women I love.
