"no time spent together could ever be wasted"


Today, I am grateful to be able to show up for a recovery meeting all snot-nosed and to feel accepted by my fellow travelers just as I am. 

I learned a new self-soothing tool called the Havening Technique. 

I accomplished getting a solid night’s sleep and taking a nap. 

I delighted in being of service during an ACA meeting, in eating ice cream before dinner, and in morning snuggles from the Poebear.
