“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
Today, I am grateful for my fellow travelers, the wonderful people across the globe that hold space for me, that make me feel safe and remind me I’m not alone.
I am learning how to practice compassion, most people are hurting enough on their own, there is no good that comes from bringing harm to someone that is already harming themselves.
I accomplished recognizing how my ego blows things out of proportion, and upon acknowledging this truth I managed to come back to center and give it all back to source.
I delighted in sharing my feelings, in the wise and reassuring words from my person, in doing something that scared me, and in catching up with a friend from the river I haven’t seen in months.
