Today, I am grateful for the wisdom that helps me respond to the experiences of life differently.
I am learning when I share the parts of me I am insecure about with people I trust, and they accept those pieces of me, it makes it easier for me to love and appreciate my whole self, even the bits I don’t like.
I accomplished practicing non-attachment by feeling and deeply appreciating the good feels and giving them right back up to source.
I delighted in a relaxing massage, in waking up to a "good morning" text from the man I'm getting to know, in morning snuggles with the Poebear, in FaceTime with my bestie, and in coloring while watching Stand by Me.
