express the inexpressible
Today, I am grateful for the way music helps me express the inexpressible.
I am learning how to recognize when it is safe for me to share my thoughts and feelings even though the idea of doing so scares me.
I accomplished recognizing a delayed response to an experience, processing it, and asking for what I need from someone I am developing a relationship with.
I delighted in hearing our work come together in a beautiful expression of song at the final choir practice of this season, in being treated to a delicious lunch, in getting to know a new friend, and in FaceTime with a soul sister I haven't seen in a long time.
