“live deep and suck out all the marrow of life”

Today, I am grateful for the beautiful people in my life that celebrate adventure and embrace the importance of play. 

I am learning the longer I entertain what is not for me, the longer I postpone what is. 

I accomplished doing something that scared me. 

I delighted in spending the last official day of summer running the river, in diving into the cool water, in an afternoon full of friends and laughter, and in catching up with people I love.
