Today, I am grateful for the abundance of little things throughout my day that bring me joy.
I am learning how to plan in peace and without attachment.
I accomplished returning to the anchor of my breath when the train of anxious thoughts started to charge through my mind.
I delighted in dancing freely through the forest, in running errands with my sweet Poebear, in coming home to a clean house, and in preparing for my four-day river trip.
