give yourself a relaxing treat


Today, I am grateful to know what peace feels like.  

I am continually learning more about the people I love. 

I accomplished giving myself a relaxing treat…listening to my favorite music on a short but beautiful drive while enjoying a yummy ice blended mint mocha. 

I delighted in seeing wild irises on my run, in catching up with some of my favorite neighbors at the local store, and in a deeply restful savasana.
