the city of your comfort
Today, I am grateful for the way I respond when something "goes wrong." In the past, I would experience anxiety and spin out of balance. Now, I recognize the importance of giving thanks for what I have, asking the universe for what I need, and trusting in what is.
I am learning how to observe my habits so I can better understand what soothes my soul versus what may provide temporary comfort but ultimately causes suffering.
I accomplished making two trips off the mountain.
I delighted in dancing it out on a walk with the Poebear, in painting rocks, in connecting with a friend over delicious lunch, and in trying new things in ceramics class.
