sit peacefully, patiently, and playfully in the present


Today, I am grateful for my commitment to my gratitude practice. 

I am learning how to receive, in every cell of my body, the love I am given. 

I accomplished having a good cry and quickly shifting my focus and my energy back to gratitude and positive visualization. Giving thanks for all I have in this moment and putting conscious energy into manifesting how I want my future to feel is a powerful act. 

I delighted in starting my day with a slow yoga flow, in walking the Poebear with my bestie, and in a beautiful belated birthday celebration surrounded by people I love.
