spoiler alert: it’s not about you

Today, I am grateful to know it’s not about me. When I feel criticized or underappreciated, my core attachment is triggered and that can drive me to react from a place of insecurity and fear. I am thankful to be aware of how my core attachment can color my response, and to be in a place where I can pause, make room for the feelings, and approach the situation from a place of curiosity instead of self-doubt.

I am learning how to break free from the patterns of those that have hurt me.

I accomplished strengthening my resilience toward fear.

I delighted in being vulnerable about my fears with my soul sister and in receiving her nurturing love, in being direct with potential partners and upholding my vision for my business, and in a wonderful walk with the pup.
