allow yourself to be present in the now


Today, I am grateful for the moments where my body feels relaxed, my mind quiet, and my energy grounded. 

I am learning how to share my experiences without forcing my perspective or opinion on others. 

I accomplished allowing myself to be present in the now. 

I delighted in watching my dog lay in the sun, in yoga/beer church, and in celebrating a milestone in my soul sister's daughter's life.
