Today, I am grateful for a community of people I can be myself with.
I am learning when I release my fear of embarrassment, I am more willing to try new things and I have a lot more fun.
I accomplished being flexible with my day. I observe anxiety when I break free from my routine, but I also experience wonders when I step beyond my perceived comfort zone.
I delighted in seeing horses graze and a large falcon perched on a telephone pole, in a wonderful outdoor yoga practice guided by my bestie, and in an afternoon on the water.
