"the body talks and meditation helps"


Today, I am grateful for the joy I experience by finding enjoyment in the process. 

I am learning to gently bring my mind back to my breath and the present moment when she is seduced by distraction. 

I accomplished reinforcing that there is nothing wrong with me. I am smart enough, I am pretty enough, I am good enough. I am enough. 

I delighted in writing a recommendation for a fellow leader, in connecting with a little girl and coming up with a plan to help her feel more comfortable in art class, in preparing my taxes, and in celebrating my best friend's dream coming to fruition.
