listen to your body


Today, I am grateful to have the awareness to recognize when my hormones are impacting my perspective. This gives me the grace to be gentle with myself during my moon time and throughout the rest of the month. 

I am learning how to stop micromanaging my time and instead put that energy into how I manage my focus. 

I accomplished accepting it’s not a matter of “when,” or “how long.” Only I can give myself the time and patience I need to heal. 

I delighted in seeing a baby horse and its mom grazing grass in the rain, in a midday walk with the pup, and in a good cry on my yoga mat.
