make every day an adventure
Today, I am grateful to know I cannot wait until life isn’t hard to be happy.
I am learning how to monitor my physical response to people and situations which helps me connect a body reaction to an emotion. Often my body knows what I am feeling before I do, deepening my awareness of this connection supports the expansion of my mindfulness practice.
I accomplished unwinding at the end of a long day, and holding firm in my boundaries around my PTO “partial time off.”
I delighted in making a wrong turn that led me to a beautiful view of Mt Shasta at sunset.
