celebrate everything


Today, I am grateful for my mental health and overall well-being. 

I am learning how to lean into discomfort. I experience less anxiety and I am more successful at embracing and enjoying new things when I stretch out of my comfort zone slowly and consciously. 

I accomplished remaining calm when a man became increasingly agitated in my close proximity. 

I delighted in witnessing a stranger pick up a garbage can that a mentally unwell man had thrown into the street, in receiving free books from an art museum, and in attending a local gallery opening.
