It’s a good day to be alive
Today, I am grateful for a life to be thankful for. I woke up this morning in a warm bed, I am breathing, I have an able body, people who love and support me, food in my belly, clothes on my back, and a roof over my head. Life is good.
I am learning how to distinguish the voice of my ego from the whisper of my heart.
I accomplished being vulnerable with my leadership squad.
I delighted in one on ones with my team members, in a text exchange with my friends niece, and in seeing only trees when I looked out my window.
