Make space for love


Today, I am grateful for the tools I have acquired that help me with the different experiences life brings.

I am learning how to remain true to myself and compassionate toward others. 

I accomplished maintaining healthy boundaries in a relationship where in the past I have repeatedly slipped back into codependent behaviors. 

I delighted in brunch with friends, in taking the long way home, and in planning a sailing trip to the Channel Islands.
