Love is all around

Today, I am grateful for signs from the universe. In particular, the little ones that come between the “big” moments, the ones I only witness when I’m present. 

I am learning how to balance relaxation and productivity. I am learning how to “live in the flow.” 

I accomplished making it to my mat. 

I delighted in seeing a young man dancing in the street, in delivering a piece of art to my bonus mom, and in a relaxing Sunday afternoon.
