Clinging to the past
Today, I am grateful for the people in my life that love, support, and encourage me.
I am learning how to live in accordance with my own true nature.
I accomplished admitting that the past is gone. When I cling to it, I prevent myself from breaking free of old patterns. Not to mention the disservice to the blessings I am receiving in the here and now. It’s time to bid the past a fond and reverent farewell.
I delighted in spending the night with two people I love in their brand new beautiful home, in seeing an amazing red tailed hawk fly overhead, land and shake it’s tail feathers, and in an unexpected drive through the country.
