"Say yes to rest and play"

Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to be of service to others.  Helping my fellow humans keeps me present and humble. 

I am learning how to say yes to rest and play.  I am learning how to make room for fun. 

I accomplished finding the courage to face a challenge and embracing the opportunity to grow instead of seeking someone or something to blame for the discomfort. 

I delighted in seeing the gratitude in a hungry man's eyes when I gave him lunch, in watching an almost full moon rise over the mountains against a dusty sunlit sky, and in feeling in the flow as I took a big step forward.
