Today, I am grateful for opportunities to practice energetic boundary setting. 

I am learning how to show up unapologetically. 

I accomplished ending a conversation that was sucking my energy. 

I delighted in bringing a friend flowers, and in a nice glass of wine while watching a mindless comedy after work.
