Nurture others, nurture yourself


Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to apply my mindfulness practices to all the areas of my life. 

I am learning how to let go of someone I have been holding on to for a very long time. 

I accomplished creating a bubble of protective energy when interacting with someone whose energy tends to be heavy and sticky. 

I delighted in a drive, a fancy coffee, and in connecting with Spirit.
