Today, I am grateful for a day with no plan.
I am learning how to be fully aware of my expectations, desires, and judgements.
When I accomplish awareness of these things, I take responsibility for them. I own my shit and no longer attribute my expectations, desires, or judgements to others.
I delighted in coffee and conversation with a friend, in an early morning walk with the dog, and in sending messages of light to people I love.
