Let your heart blossom
Today, I am grateful for gravity. The moment I begin to get too “high on my horse,” she gently (sometimes abruptly) grounds me back down.
I am learning how to tell the difference between productive and non-productive “worrying.” Productive worries lead me to solutions for problems I’m experiencing, this is a healthy activity that is happening in the present moment. Non-productive worrying is the result of the “what if” brain worms, this is future planning or ruminating on the past.
I accomplished being thankful for all that transpired today.
I delighted in brunch with two people I love, in catching up with my mom and dad, and in planning a family get together for Mother’s Day.
